they sent me the wrong parts for my car even though I spoke with them on the phone and gave the exact details of my car. they refused to refund me for their mistake and treated me with absolutely no respect; answering my emails late and with an attitude. NEVER EVER EVER use this website or their affiliates(autoanything,usa autoparts) .

This company really sucks, they have had me waiting forover 2 months on a replacement part.They sent me a defective part that lasted about 3 weeks.

I had to mail part back, no big deal. But then they wait for you to contact them , so that they can tell you that you have to pay for shipping the replacement part back to you. Horrible customer service. I stayed on top of them , and they still manage to not send me my part 2 months later.

They really stink!!!!!

Now they need my id and a credit card info.LOL What a joke
