I've been trying to return a back taillight because on their website it says it was a complete fit, yet it didn't come with a cover on the inside so all the wires are exposed and could be dislodged by items in my trunk.After two weeks of explaining this to them, they decide to issue me an RMA.
Except my thirty days on my return was up and they emailed me saying we can't return your item. So after getting their supervisor on the line and a week wasted they issue me another RMA but I need to send pictures. So I did but they ended up losing them twice and not contacting me back.
I've ran into every trick in their playbook to stop people from ever returning items.I'm literally still waiting for my RMA and this whole process has been like a month long and going…..
