Auto Parts Warehouse - Worst on-line customer ser. that I have ever encountered
Beyond HORRIBLE!!!NEVER againall they care about is their customer surveys.
I ordered a generic fir cat converter on a Monday. On Wed. no shipping email so I called. All that they could tell me is that it was "in process".
It arrived that same afternoon. so it had already shipped and all they knew about it was in process. It' now 1 week later and I just got the shipping notice. IThe cat didn't fit so I called to return it.
They couldn't help because its "in process". I was told I had to wait until for their system to catch up and go to a "shipped status". That was over a week ago. Now, two weeks have gone buy and I still don't have an RMA number.
The most annoying part is every time that I call them, they send me a survey email immediately after our conversation They need to reassess their priorities. Customer satisfaction is more important than internal surveys. I did fill out on survey and basically told them what I have typed here.
big surprise....No response,,, Stay away go to Rock auto.com I have found better prices and outstanding customer service
