Ordered an A1 Cardone Window Motor. Used Paypal, Showed in stock.

Called after one week, received Appology, and was told it would ship the next business day, even gave me his extention to call back if needed. Called after one more week. I was told he was on another line and was placed on hold - line went dead. Called back, was then told he left.

Called back again and talked to another CSR, I was told the item is out of out of stock and that they would arrange for a refund. I went online and Found the item still for sale on their website at a higher price. I informed the CSR, he said he would have it removed. I Called back as if I was a new customer, I said I needed the A1 Cardone Window Motor right away and was told it could be shipped overnight.

I politely complained.

I was told there was nothing they could do, A1 Cardone refused to fill the order at the lower price.
